In the name of peace, security, and the shared destiny of nations,
We, the State of Israel and the Republic of Turkiye, stand today at one of history’s oldest crossroads — upon the ancient legacy of Antioch — to open a new chapter of peace, under the guarantorship of the United States of America.
Antioch has long been a meeting place of three great faiths. Once a stage of empires in conflict, these lands are now chosen to become a symbol of lasting peace, mutual respect, and shared prosperity.
Through this Accord, the Parties commit to:
- Delivering a lasting resolution to the conflict in Gaza by establishing voluntary, internationally supported humanitarian living zones in Antioch, offering civilians hope and a secure future;
- Transforming the historic symbolism of Antioch — from “the city of final battles” into “the city of lasting peace,” a vision to inspire the world;
- Strengthening security by confronting extremism and terrorism through joint effort;
- Linking energy and trade routes, building shared corridors that carry the riches of the Eastern Mediterranean to Europe and beyond;
- Bringing our peoples closer together by deepening cultural, scientific, and humanitarian ties;
- Preserving the sacred heritage of peace, ensuring Antioch stands not as a memory of conflict but as a living symbol of reconciliation among religions, cultures, and civilizations.
Today, from a city once known as the symbol of final battles, we declare to the world:
“Antioch will be the city of peace.”
The Antioch Accords are not only between two nations, but also a new bridge between civilizations.
We extend our deepest appreciation to the United States of America for its guarantorship, its support, and its commitment to ensuring that this vision becomes a lasting reality.
